Delete your Zentel account

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

• Open the Zentel app and sign in.
• Go to the Settings tab.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Tap Delete to confirm.

You are signed out on every device and your account can no longer be used.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my Zentel account, and include the phone number or email address registered to your account.

To protect you, we confirm the request is really yours — usually with a one-time code sent to that phone number — before deleting anything. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

• Your profile: name, username and profile photo.
• Your phone number and email address.
• Messages, photos, videos, files and voice notes you sent.
• Voicemails and call history.
• Contacts you saved inside Zentel.
• Your devices, push notification tokens and signed-in sessions.
• Virtual numbers on your account are released and may be reassigned.
• Unused credits are forfeited unless the law requires a refund.

Some records must be kept after deletion for legal, billing and security reasons. They are not used for anything else:

• Purchase and credit transaction records — kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Call and SMS routing records (numbers, times, duration, but not content) — kept for the period required by telecommunications law.
• Fraud and abuse records — kept for up to 12 months to stop banned users from returning.

Everything else is removed from our systems, including backups, within 90 days of deletion.

You can delete individual messages and chats inside the app at any time. For any other data you would like removed while keeping your account, email [email protected].
